Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at
dreambigacademy.shop. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time:
All orders are shipped from our location in Los Angeles, California via USPS Priority Mail. Dreamcurrently ships to all 50 U.S. states. All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
- Standard Shipping $9.99 (3-5 business days)
- 2-Day Priority Shipping $19.99 (2 business days)
NOTE* Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 2-5 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed if you've chosen our standard shipping rate. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order before shipping. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered. We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
NOTE* Dream Big Academy currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- Customs, Duties and Taxes
Dream Big Academy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Damages Dream Big Academy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
- International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Return Policy

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The merchandise must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
